Cynthia Abernethy was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, where great seafood and equestrian life reigned supreme. She earned her BA at Loyola University and enjoyed a fairytale dating life as there were twice as many males as females in the student population. She studied Professional Writing at Towson University as a postgraduate.
Divorced and living in a new city, she felt sad and alone. Cynthia hadn’t dated in a long time but decided to give love another chance by pursuing online dating as a silver single. While navigating these online encounters, she was challenged by curious and uninvited interactions. Not one to give up the ship, she determined that she would share, enlighten, and inspire others of lessons learned from her various escapades.
